The year of new beginnings, old habits & the end of old flames.
Every new year brings out a fresh, crisp new list of resolutions or goals. Be it, financial, career orientated or self – care, taking time out to outline & manage your goals for the year is a great way to map out how you would like your year to flow.
Write down a list of goals to accomplish every day which in turn will lead to the larger goal. It could be as simple as going to the gym or reading a chapter before bed.
Breaking down your goals into smaller actions plans, makes them more attainable & provides clarity.
One of my goals of this year is to read more, being an avid reader in the past, I found myself getting lost in the deep, dark vortex of useless Youtube videos. Instead of dwelling into Youtube, I read a chapter or two before bed, which also helps me fall asleep quicker.
