It’s time to put some gratitude in your attitude. Spreading a little bit of kindness & love come from within & the first step to radiating positivity into the atmosphere is to be grateful.

Here are a few ways to practise gratitude:

  1. Every morning write down five things your are grateful for & read the list before bed
  2.  Appreciate the small things – the delicious dinner you ate last night or even the relationships you share with family & friends
  3. Say ‘Thank you’ more often
  4. Recognise that there is nothing too small for you to be grateful for
  5. Do something that makes you happy
